Sant'Andrea wins the 36th edition of the Palio dell'Oca

The 36th edition of the Historic Palio dell'Oca in the city of Cagli concludes with the victory of Sant'Andrea.

In the presence of over 1500 people, the 4 teams put on an exciting show, and the Sant'Andrea dice thrower hit tile 54 on the first attempt in the Palio zone with the magic number 3, which allowed the yellow-blue player pages, after 10 years, to carry Maestro Cerretini's Goose in triumph through the streets of the town.

The celebrations lasted until late at night, after the taverns delighted the palates of tourists and locals with traditional specialties. Even the children had fun thanks to the games of the "Mestieranti" scattered around the city.

A fantastic edition, thanks to all the volunteers who decide every year to commit their time and effort to make this event unique.
