A game contested between the Quarter that lands on the square and another Quarter, duly drawn.
- The game is played along the long side of the Arena.
- Six pages take part: four pages from one team push the yoke forward, while two pages from the opposing Quarter pull on ropes trying to stop them; on the other side of the field, the roles are reversed.
- The team that first crosses the finish line — with the feet of all 4 pushing pages over the line — wins the game.
- If one of the two pages pulling back falls, they may let go of the rope, but their Quarter loses the game.
- Deliberately letting go of the rope is strictly forbidden, under penalty of the win being awarded to the opposing Quarter.
